Our Story

Since leaving high school in 2008, Lewis has built an impressive career in plumbing and heating. He successfully completed a 4-year advanced apprenticeship, achieving an NVQ Level 3 qualification at City College Norwich, and gained valuable experience working as a gas installer for a leading heating company specialising in installations.

LC Installations is certified under a range of prestigious governing bodies, including Gas Safe, NIC EIC (for Air and Ground Source Heat Pumps), G3 unvented, and proudly earned accreditation under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) in 2022. This means we are fully compliant with all relevant building regulations and government guidelines, ensuring the highest standards in every job.

4 Steps

Our simple process ensures everything runs seamlessly and efficient, delivering 100% satisfaction every time. 

  • INITAL CONSULTATION
    First, we will do an initial consultation to discuss the various options available to you.
  • QUOTE & APPROVAL
    We'll then send you an estimate with a breakdown of the work involved. If you decide you want to go ahead with the work, a return visit will be required to carry out a full heat loss survey of the property.
  • WORK COMMENCES
    A final fixed quotation is then sent over outlining all relevant information of works. Work commences on the agreed date.
  • JOB COMPLETION
     On completion, the installation is commissioned and signed off, full operation is explained and MCS certificate is completed. All systems are chemically flushed on completion, and we also offer a full power flushing service if the system contains a lot of sludge and debris.
